Welcome to The CBD Healing Bar. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, treatments, services, and product purchases provided by Highly Enfused, trading as The CBD Healing Bar (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our premises, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

2. Services Offered
We provide:

CBD-infused facials, therapies, and wellness treatments.

Consultations and personalized wellness plans.

Sale of handcrafted, organic CBD skincare products and wellness goods (sold in person only).

Gift vouchers for treatments and wellness services.
Our treatments are designed to promote relaxation and well-being and are complementary therapies — not a replacement for medical care or prescribed treatment.
3. Booking & Appointment Policy

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

All single-session bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £25 at the time of booking.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if 48 hours’ notice is provided (see Cancellation Policy below).

Gift vouchers must be used within their validity period (12 months from the date of issue).
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect our clients and therapists’ time, the following rules apply:

48-Hour Cancellation Notice:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. -
No-Shows:
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged in full as a missed appointment. -
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and charged in full to prevent delays for other clients.
5. Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to relax and prepare for your treatment.

Arriving late may result in a shorter session or cancellation without a refund.
6. Pre-Session Requirements

Clean Hands & Face:
Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face.-
If you are wearing makeup, a £5 makeup removal fee will be applied, and this will reduce your treatment time.

Comfortable Clothing:
Wear comfortable attire that allows you to fully relax during your session.
7. Age Restrictions

Treatments:

CBD therapies are available to clients aged 3 and above, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who will be required to sign a consent form.

Product Sales:

CBD products may only be purchased by clients aged 18 or over.

Proof of age may be required at the time of purchase.

8. Payment Terms

We accept cash and card payments (PayPal, SumUp, Wix).

A 2% card handling charge will be applied to all in-person card transactions.

Full payment for single sessions is due on the day of treatment.

Pre-payment is required for treatment packages at the time of booking.
9. Refund Policy

Treatments:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds are not available for late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows.

Products:

Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Products that are damaged or faulty will be replaced free of charge.

Products can only be purchased in person, not online.

10. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose allergies, medical conditions, and sensitivities before any treatment.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.

Treatments at The CBD Healing Bar are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a medical professional for health concerns.
11. Behaviour & Conduct

Respectful Behaviour:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team or other clients.-
Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and possible banning from our premises.

Mobile Devices:
Please silence or switch off your mobile phone during treatments to maintain a calm environment.
12. Intellectual Property
All products, treatment names, descriptions, written content, branding, and images are the intellectual property of Highly Enfused t/a The CBD Healing Bar and are protected under UK copyright and intellectual property laws.
No part of our website, branding, or treatments may be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.
13. Liability Disclaimer

While we use the highest quality organic ingredients and safe practices, results may vary depending on individual skin types and health conditions.

We are not liable for allergic reactions, adverse effects, or injuries resulting from:

Failure to disclose accurate medical information or allergies.

15. Complaints Procedure
We value customer feedback and take complaints seriously.

16. Promotions & Special Offers
