The Ritual Begins: Quadruple Cleanse Every treatment starts with our signature four-step organic cleanse, designed to thoroughly purify the skin while maintaining its natural balance: CBD Micellar Water – gently removes surface impurities and calms the skin Organic Cleansing Oil – melts away makeup, SPF, and deeper impurities Natural Cleansing Lotion – cleanses while supporting hydration Bamboo Scrub – softly exfoliates, removing dead skin cells and boosting circulation A warm CBD aroma-infused hot towel is then applied to help open the pores, soften the skin, and prepare it for treatment. CBD Conductivity Gel & Advanced LED Photon Therapy We apply our Highly Enfused CBD Conductivity Gel, specially formulated to enhance light absorption and maximise the effectiveness of LED photon therapy, while soothing and hydrating the skin. Your face and neck are then placed beneath our advanced 7-colour LED photon machine, which sits over the skin without touching it and contains no microcurrent, making the treatment completely painless and deeply relaxing. During the session, our nano spray technology releases a fine mist of our exclusive CBD misting spray, continuously hydrating, calming, and enhancing the effects of the LED light therapy throughout the treatment. Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full.This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behavior & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Other Guidelines Mobile Devices: Kindly silence or switch off your mobile phone during your session to maintain a peaceful environment. Pregnancy: Please advise us when booking
