Maybe it’s your partner, sister, daughter, colleague or someone who has simply had a difficult time and deserves a little kindness.
This competition is about making someone else feel special.
CBD Healing Bar is giving FOUR people the chance to experience one of our beautiful treatments and wellbeing experiences — with one winner for each prize.
And rather than simply entering for yourself, we want you to nominate someone who you genuinely believe deserves it.

When will the winners be announced?
We will announce our four winners on 27 September 2026 across our CBD Healing Bar social media pages.
We will also contact each winner directly by DM.
Please make sure you check your messages around the announcement date so that you don't miss our message.

If you are one of our winners, congratulations!
All prizes must be booked and completed within 30 days of accepting the prize.
The experiences take place at CBD Healing Bar in Waltham Abbey, Essex, so winners must be able to travel to the venue.
Travel costs are not included.
FULL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the promoter will be referred to as “CBD Healing Bar”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
2. Competition period
The competition opens on:

The competition closes on:
27.09.2026 at Midnight.
Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be eligible.
3. Who can enter?
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Entrants must be able to travel to CBD Healing Bar in Waltham Abbey, Essex, to redeem their prize.
Employees of CBD Healing Bar, anyone professionally connected with the organisation or competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The person being nominated must also be aged 18 or over.
CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility where necessary.
4. How to enter
To enter via Instagram, participants must:

Like the designated competition post
Comment on the competition post with the name of their chosen nominee and explain why they believe that person deserves the experience
Share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @CBDHealingBar
To enter via TikTok, participants must follow the entry instructions provided on the designated CBD Healing Bar competition post.
Entries must be genuine and submitted by the person entering the competition.
No purchase is necessary.
5. The nomination
The purpose of this competition is to nominate someone who the entrant believes genuinely deserves some time for themselves.
Entries should explain why the nominee has been chosen.
Judges will consider the nomination based on:
Thoughtfulness
Sincerity
The reason given for the nomination
Originality
The overall suitability of the nomination for the spirit of the competition
The competition is therefore judged on the quality and content of the nomination rather than being a random prize draw.
CBD Healing Bar will select four winning entries, with one winner allocated to each of the four prizes.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging decision.
6. The prizes
There are four prizes in total:
Prize 1: One 7-in-1 Hydro Facial together with a full 3D Skin Analysis Report.
Prize 2: One CBD Therapeutics & Herbalist Consultation.
Prize 3: One 3D Skin Analysis Experience.
Prize 4: One CBD Relaxation Break.
There will be one winner for each prize.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or refunded.
The prizes are for the named winners only and cannot be sold or resold.
7. Prize booking and expiry
All winners must accept their prize and contact CBD Healing Bar to arrange their booking.
Each prize must be booked and completed within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize.
Bookings are subject to availability.
If a winner does not contact CBD Healing Bar within a reasonable period following notification, does not arrange their booking, or fails to attend their booked appointment, CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner where appropriate.
Once the 30-day redemption period has expired, the prize will no longer be valid.
8. Location and travel
All prizes must be redeemed at:
CBD Healing Bar, Waltham Abbey, Essex, UK
Travel to and from the venue is not included as part of any prize.
Winners are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
9. Treatment suitability and safety
Before any treatment or experience takes place, the winner may be asked relevant questions regarding allergies, sensitivities, contraindications or other information that may affect treatment suitability.
CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where it considers this necessary for the winner's safety or wellbeing.
Where a particular treatment is unsuitable, CBD Healing Bar may discuss an appropriate alternative experience with the winner where reasonably possible.
10. CBD Therapeutics & Herbalist Consultation
The CBD Therapeutics & Herbalist Consultation is intended to provide educational information and personalised wellbeing guidance based on the information provided by the individual.
It is not a medical diagnosis or medical treatment and does not replace advice from a GP, pharmacist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
CBD Healing Bar does not advise anyone to stop, start or alter prescribed medication.
Anyone taking prescribed medication or managing a medical condition should seek appropriate professional healthcare advice before making changes to their health or wellbeing routine.
11. Winner notification
The four winners will be announced on the CBD Healing Bar social media pages on:
28 September 2026
Winners will also be contacted by direct message through the social media platform on which their winning entry was submitted.
Winners may be asked to provide contact information required to arrange their prize.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, is found to be ineligible, or cannot comply with these Terms & Conditions, CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
12. Multiple entries
Entrants may participate on both Instagram and TikTok where the relevant entry requirements have been completed.
Where an entrant submits more than one nomination, each nomination must be genuine and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to disregard duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.
13. Invalid entries
CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to remove or disregard entries that:
Contain offensive, abusive, defamatory or inappropriate content
Are discriminatory or threatening
Contain unlawful material
Are submitted using automated methods
Are fraudulent or misleading
Do not comply with the entry requirements
Are submitted after the closing date and time
14. Publicity
CBD Healing Bar may announce the usernames of the four winners on its social media pages.
We may also contact winners to request permission to share photographs, reviews or other content relating to their experience.
No winner is required to provide publicity content as a condition of receiving their prize.
15. Personal information
Personal information provided by entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners and arranging prize redemption.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the CBD Healing Bar privacy policy.
Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.
16. Social media platforms
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
By entering the competition, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility or liability relating to the competition.
The competition is promoted and administered solely by CBD Healing Bar.
17. Changes to the competition
CBD Healing Bar reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the competition only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
We will not make changes simply to disadvantage entrants or alter the competition unfairly.
Any significant changes will be communicated through the CBD Healing Bar social media pages and/or the competition webpage.
18. General
CBD Healing Bar will make reasonable efforts to administer the competition fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of participants.
The promoter's decision regarding eligibility, judging and the awarding of prizes will be final, subject to applicable law.
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
